Capital Fencing Academy Holiday Closures
(2023-24 Season)

Capital’s schedule for the upcoming year is as follows:

  • President’s Day 2024 - Monday, February 19, 2024 - OPEN

  • Easter Saturday - March 30, 2024 - Closed

  • Memorial Day - Monday May 27, 2024 – Closed

  • Saturday June 29th – Last Day of Regularly Scheduled Classes and Lessons (see your coach to set up lessons for July and August)

  • Capitals Summer Sabre Camps – Dates to Be Announced

  • Regular group classes and lessons begin Tuesday September 3, 2024 for the

  • 2023-24 season (please remember to contact your coach about setting up your schedule for private lessons)

  • Thanksgiving Break - Thursday, November 28-Sunday December 1st - Closed (classes resume on Monday 12/2/24)

  • Winter Break 2024, Tuesday December 24-Wednesday January 1 - Closed

  • Capital’s Winter Camp: Dates to Be Announced (no group classes during Winter Camp; for lessons, check with your coach)

Capital Fencing Academy closes when weather or other emergencies make it unsafe to keep the club open. Please stay in touch with the club when the weather has closed the government or if you have any questions about whether the club is open/closed. 

This schedule is subject to change. Every effort will be made to send a notice out as soon as possible when we know of any changes.
